The first LFA Nurburgring has arrived in the US. The stance on this thing is awe inspiring, and one could only imagine the rush you’d get accelerating out of a turn.
Also, I bet few would argue the white / black is much hotter than the orange / black LFA Nürburgring.

Lexus is known for it’s Pursuit of Perfection, a quality integrated into every aspect of the Lexus ownership experience.
It seems that even the byproduct of Lexus performance engineering, the sound, is inherently perfect.
So how can you create perfection in the sound a car makes? You don’t, it’s a characteristic that identifies with the overall engineering. The trademark of extreme high performance is the symphony of sound it makes, and certainly the Lexus LFA offers such a sound.
The video from LexusEnthusiast ignites into action with a sound that’s almost extraterrestrial in nature, it certainly stands in a class of it’s own, and challenges us with an unwieldy, and incomprehensible joy.
We have an appreciation for the sound high performance makes, perhaps it’s because we can appreciate it’s authenticity.
That’s why the following video gives our imagination a feel for what it might be like to lean into an LFA. And when imagination only takes us so far, we can experience the new breed of Lexus at McGrath Lexus of Chicago.

The Lexus LFA Nürburgring Edition made good on it’s namesake today with a 7:14 lap time, the fastest time for a major car manufacturer, knocking the Porsche GT2 RS off it’s pedestal.
The accolades certainly help build confidence in how Lexus can blend luxury and performance. I would suspect there are a few proud Lexus owners out there who might be leaning a bit more toward performance when it comes time to trade in.
Lexus has certainly proven their ability to build a true race car, despite a lot of speculation from the public. The Lexus engineers behind the LFA ought to be raising their glasses about now.
