Lexus Earns Top #1 Spot in the Annual Customer Satisfaction Index

Tying with Cadillac and Toyota, Lexus earned the #1 top spot in the annual American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). The index is measured on a 0 to 100 at the national level with Lexus, Toyota, and Cadillac all scoring an 87.

Lexus is known for winning awards when it comes to service, but it certainly reinforces the overall commitment to providing great service when Toyota, the parent company of Lexus is right there along side them.

According to a recent Bloomberg article, “The index is based on interviews with about 70,000 customers annually concerning satisfaction with goods and services.”
